Housing for Refugees and Students

Alte Jakobstraße/Franz-Künstler-Straße,

Minimal Cube Houses

The project is the derivation of a former draft, in which flat roofs with prefabricated residential roof cubes are to be assembled as modular buildings through densification without additional land. In the current design, the modular buildings are hammered each other, connected by a joint development and form of the additive minimum cubes houses for students and refugees.

Frost-proof reinforced concrete foundation ring and laying of supply and disposal lines, prefabrication of minimum cubes in timber frame construction, depending on the location of the minimum cubes to open it, insulated and/or sealed.

Temporary accommodation for refugees and students in prefabricated and modular successive bush-hammered minimum cubes.
